CYC Nepal Laghubitta Sastha had opened the IPO from Baisakh 2 to Baisakh 6, 2079. This is the first IPO of new year 2079.

According to CDSC Nepal, a total of 22,77,743 applicants have applied for a total of 2,56,88,450 shares for this IPO. As per this result, this IPO was oversubscribed by 69.52 times. A total of 36,848 investors can receive the 10 units of share. Out of total issues of 3,95,336 shares, a total of 6082 shares were allocated to its employees, and 19,766 shares were allocated to mutual funds. The remaining 3,69,488 shares will be allocated to the general public. After this ipo concluded, the company’s paid-up capital will be Rs.3,95,33,600.  

The CYC Nepal  Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is a leading Microfinance in Nepal. It was registered on 11 February 2019 as a public company as a class ‘D’ financial institution with the Nepal Rastra Bank under Act, 2063 and started formal microfinance operation from 15 March, 2019. CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha previously known as CYC (Chartare Youth Club) which is located in Samikshalaya Road Baglung.

Currently CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is providing microfinance services to more than 59000 deprived household from Hilly and Mountainous regions of Nepal with prime focus on low-income households, assets-less, self-employed in the informal sector to uplift their livelihood increasing involvement in economic activities and income generating activities. Besides all these financial services, it also focuses on their social development, cultural promotion, educational development, skill development & many more by its fully operated 73 branch offices which are located in All over the Nepal.

The Government’s policy and program approved today

The Government’s policy and program were approved in the House of Representatives today. The Congress Party is protesting in the parliament. The policy and program were presented by President Ram Chandra Poudel on Jestha 1, 2081.
