Everest Color Limited IPO to the Public : Appoints Muktinath Capital as Issue Manager Everest Color Limited IPO is issuing to General Public. Kuktinath Capital is appointed as issue manager by company now. Company first Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 780,000 ordinary shares at NPR 50 each is issuing soon. That will raise NPR 3 Crore 90 lakhs. The agreement was signed by Everest Color's Managing Director, Mr. Saroj Luitel, and Muktinath Capital's CEO, Mr. Kabindra Dhoj Joshi last week. Company got the CARE-NP BB-rating. Everest Colour Ltd. is one of the Paint manufacturing company established on 2068 B.S. (2011 A.D.) in Nepal; involving of young and dynamic professionals from the same trade with different paints company . From 2068 B.S.
