Everest Color Limited IPO to the Public : Appoints Muktinath Capital as Issue Manager

Everest Color Limited IPO is issuing to General Public. Kuktinath Capital is appointed as issue manager by company now.

Company first Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 780,000 ordinary shares at NPR 50 each is issuing soon. That will raise NPR 3 Crore 90 lakhs.

The agreement was signed by Everest Color's Managing Director, Mr. Saroj Luitel, and Muktinath Capital's CEO, Mr. Kabindra Dhoj Joshi last week.

Company got the CARE-NP BB-rating. Everest Colour Ltd. is one of the Paint manufacturing company established on 2068 B.S. (2011 A.D.) in Nepal; involving of young and dynamic professionals from the same trade with different paints company. From 2068 B.S. ((2011 A.D.) to this day, in a brief span of time, particularly insignificant in the life of an industry and yet within this short period, it has emerged as a fore runner in Nepal's paint industry.

Everest Colour Ltd. with various research and development (R & D) with modern technology provides its better quality products in the Nepalese paint market. The unit manufactures various Exterior and Interior Emulsion paints and primers, Enamel paints, Wood and metal primers, Acrylic Distempers, Aluminum paints, gold paints, Cement paint, Floor paint and Industrial Paints and so on.

The Government’s policy and program approved today

The Government’s policy and program were approved in the House of Representatives today. The Congress Party is protesting in the parliament.
