Green Ventures IPO Result Date is on Sunday, April 3, 2022 [Chaitra 20, 2078]. According to issue manager, the IPO result will start to allocate at 8:30 AM at the building of issue manager Laxmi Capital. So, You can also check IPO result from Laxmi Capital IPO result page.
According to IPO allotment notice, out of 31,25,000 units share, a total of 93,750 units allocated for the company’s employees and 1,56,250 units allocated for mutual funds. The remaining 28,75,000 units share was allocated for the general public. The company was issued the 31,25,000 units shares on Chaitra 8, 2078.
According to issue manager, the total of 21,11,649 applicants were applied for a total of 2,43,51,880 units share for this IPO. It was oversubscribed by 8.47 times.
As per the IPO Result, the total of 2,87,500 applicants received 10 units each. As per the number of investors in this IPO, only one in seven can receive the 10 units of shares.
This IPO received [CARE-NP BB(Is) [Double B (Issuer Rating)] by CARE Ratings Nepal Limited (CRNL). It indicates a moderate risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.
