NEPSE Index Technical Analysis & Trading Strategy

Based above chart, the support level is 2580.02 to 2545.34 green lines and resistance level is 2795.78 red line.

 

Moving Averages/MAC (20,20,0,0) is near short term resistance level (2670 and 2688).

MACD (12,26,9) shows bullish trend in Nepse but it is narrow to decide.

True Strengthe Index (25, 13, 13) is positive strength but is reaching overbought zone.

 

Volume Analysis: According to volume, it is not increasing. It means that uptrend momentum is weak.

Buy or Sell Strateg

 

There are two scenario that is

1.    Pullback Entry: You can buy around support level (2580-2545) if the price is tried up. It is the strong demand zones. The stop loss is below 2545.

2.    Breakout Entry: If the price is above 2795, you can buy and stop loss is 2755.

Risk Reward Ratio: You can take at least 1:2 risk and reward. It means that if you will take risk 50 points then target for 100 points in short term trading in Nepse.

The Government’s policy and program approved today

The Government’s policy and program were approved in the House of Representatives today. The Congress Party is protesting in the parliament. The policy and program were presented by President Ram Chandra Poudel on Jestha 1, 2081. Today again, the Nepali Congress had raised its voice against Deputy Prime Minister and Home Miniter Rabi Lamichhane's allegation related to cooperative funds in the parliamentary proceedings.   The scheduled program of parliament has been completed due to the Nepali Congress’s obstruction. The next meeting of the House of Representatives will be held at 4 PM, on Tuesday. The budget of Nepal will be presented in the parliament at 1 PM on Jestha 15, 2081.
